Hello everyone! The sun is shinning here and the promise of warmer days are ahead! Today I wanted to talk to you about one of my favourite oils that I use almost daily: Cedarwood.
Cedarwood essential oil holds a special place in my heart—and among my favorite beauty and personal care products! Cedarwood essential oil is a wonderful complement to your hair and skin care regimen, and the Cedarwood scent has a warm cedar aroma. It is relaxing and soothing when used for massage and has a long history of use as a beneficial ingredient in cosmetic preparations for oily skin. I use it diluted with jojoba oil and rub it in my hair. I find it makes it shiny and feels so much healthier.

As always, please be cautious with the essential oils you use. Not all are made equally and some are NOT intended for topical use. You must be careful with exposing your skin to low quality essential oils as your skin absorbs the oils very quickly. I ONLY use Young Living Essential Oils and are the only oils I trust for my family and myself. To read more about Young Living Essential Oils please click here.
